Q - I still don't feel comfortable purchasing online, how else can I purchase your products?
You can pay by cash, certified check, wire and email transfer. These types of orders will be facilitated through email and/or the telephone. Contact us here to order today!
Q - What should I expect to happen once I complete my transaction online?
Upon receipt of your order, we will send one e-mail which confirms that your order has been received. At that point, if you notice a problem with any of your shipping or billing information, please contact us immediately.
We will process your order within 4-5 business days. For domestic orders, please allow one to two weeks for delivery (depending on the shipping method you choose).
For international orders, please allow two to four weeks for delivery (depending on the shipping method you choose).
Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order, we will not issue a credit to your account or re-ship the package.
We must hear from you within the 60 day time frame in order to take care of the situation. If you have not received your package within the given time period, please contact us here.
Q - What is your return/exchange policy?
Items can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery date (shipping not refunded). Items can be exchanged within one month of delivery date (extra shipping required).
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and in clean and new condition. All returns and exchanges should include original packing list.
Exchanged packages should include a note describing your request as well as a check or money order for additional shipping charges. Same shipping charges will apply to exchanges as were listed on original order.
